The Maternity Programme has been implemented because the Fund cares about your health and wellbeing. The programme is specifically designed to actively empower you with knowledge and confidence to ensure a safe pregnancy and healthy baby. It’s an essential tool for ensuring you receive the best care possible and enjoy a positive, healthy, stress-free pregnancy.

The Maternity Programme is specifically designed to empower you by providing access to support, education and expert advice throughout all stages of your pregnancy, confinement and into the toddler years. Read more about what this programme has to offer.

Maternity Programme enrolment form

It's important to register on the programme as soon as your doctor has confirmed your pregnancy. Consult the Fund's benefit guide, the website or contact the Client Service Team for guidance. Your care coach will assist you with the registration process. Please complete the enrolment form and return it to us.

First trimester (weeks zero to 12)

You are now in the first trimester of your pregnancy. So much happens during these first three months.

Second trimester (weeks 13 to 28)

You are now in the second trimester of your pregnancy. For most women, these middle three months are uneventful and passes very quickly.

Third trimester (weeks 29 to 40)

You are now in the third trimester of pregnancy. It won't be long before you'll be holding your little bundle of joy.

Fourth trimester (weeks one to eight after delivery)

The fourth trimester is not part of your pregnancy, but is so called to refer to the first eight weeks after delivery of your baby. We trust that you and your baby/ies are in good health.
